CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
3812, AS AMENDED, WHICH ESTABLISHES
CERTAIN TRAFFIC REGULATIONS IN
~ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 11.28 OF THE
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
Resolution No. 3812, Section II C, be amended to designate the following as a
stop sign intersection in the City of South San Francisco.
1. OYSTER. POINT..BOU_LEVARD INTERSECTING _AT_ .DUB_UQUE AVENUE'
Vehicles traveling eastbound on Oyster Point Boulevard shall stop
before entering the intersection of Dubuque Avenue,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the foregoing designation of Oyster Point
Boulevard at Dubuque Avenue as a stop sign intersection shall terminate immediately
upon a determination'by' the Director of Public Services that such designation is no
longer necessary to alleviate traffic congestion resulting from construction in the
area, and such designation shall then, without further.action of this Council, be
stricken from Section II C of Resolution No. 3812.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 16th..day of November . ., 1983, by the following vote-
