CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF A
SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT (PM-83-210)
WHEREAS, the map entitled "Parcel Map of Lands of Gigli and Lands of
Petrocchi, a Subdivision of the Recorded Properties - Deed No. 99862Q (Bk. 3507 ~
O.R. Page 155) Deed No. 64110Z (Bk. 5158 O.R. Page 172) Deed No. 28261Q (Bk.
3366 O.R. Page 489) Deed No. 31864L (Bk. 2527 O.R. Page 491) Deed No. 24373AF
(B~6169 O.R. Page 421), South San Francisco, California" prepared by Melvin R.
Hill, Inc. dated Septen~er 1983, has been approved by the Planning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, the Parcel Map dedicates .to the City of South San Francisco
a Sanitary Sewer Easement under, one,or over that certain strip of land designated
and shown on said map as "Sanitary Sewer Easement:"
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that:
1. Acceptance of Sanitary Sewer Easement. The dedication as shown on
said Parcel Map is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to certify
the City's acceptance thereof for sanitary sewer purposes.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, at an ad.i. regular
meeting held on the 14th day of December , 19 83 , by the following
