A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
MUNICIPAL PARKING LOT NO. 12 IMPROVE-
MENT PROJECT - PROJECT NO. PB-83-1
that:
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 21stday of
NnvemhPr , 1983, for
MUNICIPAL PARKING LOT NO 12 IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
PROJECT NO. PB-83-1
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder, _ Interstate Grading and Pavinq~ Inc~.',
South San Francisco, California
for the bid price of Fiftv Seven Thousand Four Hundred Dollars
($ 57,400.00 ~).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his. signature and-affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at an adj. regular meeting held on the 14th day of r)~r.~mh~r ,
