HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso RDA 12-1992 RESOLUTION NO. 12-92 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT FOR A PROGRAM ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE PROPOSED EL CAMINO CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT/AREA PLAN/ANNEXATION WHEREAS, responses to the City's Request For Proposals for a program environmental impact report for the E1 Camino Corridor Project/Area Plan/Annexation were received and reviewed; and WHEREAS, after formal interviews, staff has determined that Wagstaff Associates is best suited to handle the project; and WHEREAS, retaining Wagstaff Associates will be the most cost effective way to handle the project's environmental impact report; and WHEREAS, Wagstaff Associates has indicated a willingness to perform the requested services for a sum of One Hundred Thousand Four Hundred Seventy One Dollars ($100,471.00). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco as follows: 1. The contract for a sum of One Hundred Thousand Four Hundred Seventy One Dollars ($100,471.00) is hereby awarded to Wagstaff Associates for the preparation and adoption of a Redevelopment Plan for the proposed E1 Camino Corridor Project/Area Plan/Annexation. 2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized to negotiate and execute the above-referenced contract. A copy of such contract will be placed on file in the City Clerk's Office once executed. * * * * * _ I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 23rd day of September , 1992 by the following vote: AYES: Boardmembers Joseph A.
