REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING
STAFF TO PROCEED WITH THE PROCESS OF ADOPTING
A REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE EL CAMINO CORRIDOR
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, in order to determine the feasibility of a
redevelopment project or projects for said survey area, it is
the desire of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San
Francisco (the "Agency") to commence the process described in
California Health & Safety Code §33000 et seq. in order to make
such determination; and
WHEREAS, the Agency desires to instruct its staff to take
any and all further steps necessary to commence the
redevelopment plan adoption process including, but not limited
to, the transmittal of the documents required by Health &
Safety Code §33327 immediately upon receipt by the Executive
Director of the Preliminary Plan, as well as the preparation of
any and all required environmental documentation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of South Francisco directs its staff to
commence the redevelopment plan adoption process as set forth
in Health & Safety Code §33000 et seq.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Agency hereby authorizes
its staff to take any and all further steps necessary to
commence the redevelopment plan adoption process including, but
not limited to, the transmittal of the documents required by
Health & Safety Code §33327 immediately upon receipt by the
Executive Director of the Preliminary Plan, as well as the
preparation of any and all required environmental
documentation.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of
the City of South San Francisco at regular meeting held
on the 14th day of October , 1992 by the following
vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, Roberta Cerri
Teglia, Robert Yee, and Chairman John R. Penna
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
