CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT
0-2, 1983-84 OPERATING BUDGET.
WHEREAS, on October 19, 1983, The City Council of the City of
South San Francisco adopted the 1983-84 Operating Budget and
WHEREAS, on June 30, 1983, the City of South San Francisco
had $178,386 of encumbrances outstanding from fiscal year 1982-83
Operating Budget approved by t'he City Council on September 15, 1982;
and
WHEREAS, said encumbrances, which, were reflected in the form
of purchase orders, were for goods and services which has not been
completely provided, or for services which has not yet been rendered
by June'30, 1983; and
WHEREAS~ it is expected that the entire $I78,386 worth of
unfilled purchase orders will be delivered in fiscal year 1983-84,
and will be allocated to various departments and programs in the
General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
The City of South San Francisco hereby approves appropriation in
the amount of One Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand, Three Hundred
Eighty Six Dollars (178,386) to pay for goods and services en-
cumbered fiscal year 1982-83, but to be paid for in fiscal year
1983-84.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held on this 8th day
of February , 1984, by the following vote-
Ayes- Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Fmanuele N_ D~monte, Richard
A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos; and Roberta Cerri Te.qlia
