HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 15-1984RESOLUTION NO. 15-84 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SCAVENGER RATES AND CHARGES FOR 1984. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Fransisco, on February 8, 1984, did conduct a public heari·ng after notice published on the 28th day of January., 1984, in the Enterprise~Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in the City of South San Francisco; and · WHEREAS, the Council at said heari·ng considered the. presentation of "Scavenger's" financial analysis by City' Staff, quality of service, presentation of parties, reasonableness of rates and charges; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that: 1. Rates and Charges. The rates and charges for "Scavenger'' service in the City of South San Francisco effective March 1, 1984, shall be as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part thereof. 2. Publication. The City Clerk shall publish this Resolution once within fifteen (]5) days after adoption in the _Enterprise'Journal, a newSpaper of general circulation published in the City of South San Francisco. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 8th day of February , 1984, by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Mark N.
