CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO~ STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS~ on October 19~ 1983~ The City Council adopted Resolution
153'83~ approving the annual Operating Budget for 1983-84, wherein the
appropriations for Personnel Services were based upon Memoranda of Under-
standing applicable to 1982'83~ and
WHEREAS~ various Memoranda of Understanding have been executed
or agreed upon in concept which require an increase in appropriations for
Personnel Services for 1983-84~
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco does:
1. Authorize the Director of Finance to increase appropriations
for Personnel Services of the various accounts of the City
for 1983-84 in recognition of the Memoranda of Understanding
by an aggregate amount not to exceed $544~370~
2~ Such increases in appropriations for the Memoranda of Under-
standing shall be allocated from the following sources:

$ 52~ 128
$ 1,167
$ 2,185
General Fund Reserves
Sewer Fund Reserves
Parking District Fund Reserves
Common Green Fund Reserves
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City council of the City of South San
Francisco at a reqular ~ meeting held this 22nd day of
