CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION FOR
SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES (PM-82-200-
LANDS OF YAMAS AND SOUTHERN PACIFIC
TRANSPORTATION CO., #1 LINDEN AVENUE)
WHEREAS, the map entitled "Parcel Map Combining the Lands Described in
Documents Recorded in 6636 O.R. 348, Serial No. 82088249 and Portions of 67
Deeds 21 and 82 Deeds 488, San Mateo County Records, South San Francisco, San
Mateo County, California'! prepared by Randlett Foulk & Stock Inc. dated February,
1984, has been approved by the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Parcel Map dedicates to the City of South San Francisco,
Sanitary Sewer Easements under, on or over those strips of land shown thereon as
"10' S.S.E." of the Lands. of Yamas and Southern Pacific. Transportation Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that:
1. Acceptance of Sanitary Sewer Easement. The dedication of the portion
of proper~ty as shown on said Parcel Map is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is
authorized to certify the City's acceptance thereof for sanitary sewer purposes.
2. Recordation. Upon certification of the Parcel' Map by the City Engineer,
the City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of the Parcel Map in
the official records of the County of San Mateo.
3. Copies of Recorded Documents. A copy of the recOrded Parcel Map shall
be filed in each of the following offices for reference: (1) City Clerk, (2)'
Department of Public Services and (3) Department of Community Development.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and sopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, at a regular
meeting held on the 14th day of March , 1984, by the. following vote'
AYES' Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele N. Damonte, Richard A. H~ffey,
Gus Nicolopulos; and Roberta Cerri Teglia
