HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 32-1984 RESOLUTION NO~ 32-84 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT WITHIN THE RANCHO BURI-BURI SUBDIVISION BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco as follows: 1. Notice is hereby given that Wednesday, the 11th day of April, 1984, at 7:30 p~m~, which time is not less than fifteen (15) days from the date of passage of this Resolution~ in the Community Room of the Municipal Services Building. 33 Arroyo Drive, South San Francisco, California. is hereby fixed as the time and place when and where all persons interested in, or having objections to, the proposed vacation of a 10' Public Utility Easement within Lot 11~ Block 16 of the Rancho Buri-Buri Subdivision, may appear before said Council and be heard~ 2~ A copy of this Resolution shall be published for at least two (2) successive weeks prior to the hearing date in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in said City in the manner prescribed by law for publishing ordinances in said City~ 3~ Notices of the vacation, stating the passage of the Resolution of Intention and the time and place of hearing shall be posted conspicuously along the line of the street, or part thereof, proposed to be vacated at least two (2) weeks before the date set for the hearing and not less than three (3) notices shall be posted~ 4~ The public interest and convenience require, and it is the intention of this Council to vacate a 10' Public Utility Easement within Lot 11, Block 16 of the Rancho Buri-Buri Subdivision as shown on the map entitled "Location Map~ Abandonment of 10' P~U~E~ Lot 11, Block 16 (209 Indio) Rancho Buri-Buri Subdiv." which is on file in the office of the City Clerk~ 5~ This vacation proceeding is conducted pursuant to Chapter 3 of the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law (commencing with Section 8300 of the ~treet~ and Highway~ £ode). I certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francusco at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of March , 19 84 , by the following vote.
