RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE
OF REAL PROPERTY BY SALE AND
PROVIDING FOR NOTICE THEREOF
(S~ AIRPORT BLVD~ & BELLE AIR ROAD)
WHEREAS', in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act of
1970', as amended (Commencing with Section 21000 of the Public Resources Code)',
Categorical Exemption analysisj dated March 20j 1984', has been prepared by the
City staff with respect to the sale of 10~79 acres of real property located at
South Airport Boulevard and Belle Air Roadj South San Franciscoj California
(hereinafter" the "Property") and which is more particularly described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein as though set forth
verbatim; and
WHEREAS', pursuant to said Categorical Exemption analysis a Notice of Exemption
dated March 20~, 1984 has been filed in the offices of the City Clerk and of the
Clerk of San Mateo County~
NOWj THEREFOREj BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1~ The real property hereinabove described and referred to as the Property
is surplus and is not needed for public purposes by the City of South San Francisco'j
and the disposition of the Property would be in the best interests and for the
common benefit of the City of South San Francisco and its citizens~
2~ It is the intention of this Council to dispose of the Property by sale
at not less than fair market value', pursuant to the provisions of Section 37350
of the Government Code~

All that certain real property situate in the City of South San Francisco,
County of San Mateo, State of California, being a portion of the lands
described in the Deed to the City of South San Francisco, recorded in
Book 1758 of Official Records of San Mateo County at Page 296, said
real property being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of said land,, thence from said Point
of Beginning along the southwesterly line of said lands N 24°16'36" W 423.44
feet; thence leaving said line N 56°12'00'' E 379.64 feet; thence N 33°48'00" W
119.99 feet; thenc~ S 56°12'00' ~'l 359.51 feet to a point on the southwesterly
line of said lands; thence northwesterly along last said line N 24016.'36'' t-~
50.63 feet to the most westerly corner of said lands; thence in a
general easterly direction along the general northerly line of said lands
the following courses- N 56°12'00'' E 530.18 feet, N 85°12'00'' E 179.99 feet
and S 55048'00'' E 166.45 feet to a point on said general northerly line;
thence leaving last said line S 7°51'00'' E 682.36 feet to.a point on the
southerly line of said lands; thence westerly along last said line S 82°09'00'' t~
611.58 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 10.790 acres of land more
or less.
The California Coordinate S~stem, Zone III, has been used as the basis of
bearing for this description. All bearings shown are grid bearings. All
distances shown are grid distances. To convert grid distance to ground
distance, multiply §rid distance by scale factor 1.0000690,
