CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
SUPPLEMENT NO. l, REVISION l, TO LOCAL
AGENCY STATE AGREEMENT NO. 04-5177
(FEDERAL AID SAFETY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Execution.
Execution of Supplement No. l, Revision l, to the Local Agency
State Agreement No. 04-5177 between the City of South San Francisco and the
State of California Department of Transportation entitled "Program of Local
Agency Federal-Aid Safety Improvement Projects in the City of South San
Francisco"," a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is hereby
authorized.
2. Signatures.
The Mayor is authorized to exeCute Supplement No. 1, Revision 1, on
behalf of the City, and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 28th day of March , 1984, by the follow-

Pursuant to the Fede.ral Highway Safety Act, the attached "Program" of Federal-Aid Projects -
marked "Exhibit B" ia 'hereby incorporated in that Master Agreement for the Federm~-Aid
Program which was entered into between the above named LOCAL AGENCY and the STATE
on February 1, 19 78 , and is subject to all of the terms and conditions
thereof.
The subject program is adopted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article II of the afore-
mentioned agreement under authority of City/~gff~Resolution No. 44-84
