A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
TRAFFIC SIGNAL CONTROLLERS FOR HILLSIDE
BLVD. AT LINDEN AVENUE INTERSECTI'ON, AND
MILLER AND SPRUCE AVENUES INTERSECTION -
PROJECT NO. TR-83-1
that:
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of S~uth San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 16th day of
April , 19.8~ for
TRAFFIC SIGNAL CONTROLLERS FOR HILLSIDE BLVD. AT LINDEN
AVENUE INTERSECTION, AND MILLER AND SPRUCE AVENUES INTER-
SECTION - PROJECT NO. TR-83-1
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder, Traconex, Inc., ,of Santa Clara, California

for the bid price of Eight Thousand, Eighty Two Dollars and Twenty Six Cents
8,082.26.00 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of tile City of South San Francisco
at a . regular meeting held on the 25th day of April ,
