A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
BURI BURI PARK/SIEBECKER CENTER
PLAY EQUIPMENT - BID NO. 1611
that:
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 17th day of
April , 1984, for
BURI BURI PARK/SIEBECKER CENTER PLAY EQUIPMENT
BID NO. 1611
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS-
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder, _Dav?~d F. O'Keefe Co. of Alamo, California
for the bid price of Twenty~ Eight Thousand Two Hundred Twelve Dollars and Seventy
($ 28,212.78 ). Eight Cents
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regul,r meeting held on the 9th day of May ,
