REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING
TRANSMITTAL OF THE PRELIMINARY REPORT FOR THE
EL CAMINO CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to California Health & Safety Code
§33344.5 and at the direction of the Redevelopment Agency of
the City of South San Francisco (the "Agency"), staff and
consultants have prepared for distribution to each affected
taxing entity a Preliminary Report for the E1 Camino Corridor
Redevelopment Project (the "Project"); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to California Community Redevelopment
Law, the Agency is required to distribute the Preliminary
Report to all affected taxing entities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency
of the City of South Francisco that staff is hereby authorized
and directed to distribute the Preliminary Report to all
affected taxing entities.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of
the City of South San Francisco at Re§u]ar meeting held
on the 13th day .of January , 1993 by the following
vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, John R. Penna,
Robert Yee, and Chairwoman Roberta Cerri Teglia
