A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
PUMP STATION NO. 4 EMERGENCY GENERATOR
INSTALLATION, PROJECT NO. WTP-83-6

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South Sa~ Francisco
that-.
WHEREAS, pursuant 'to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened examined and declared on. the 18th day of

· NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS-
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of smid proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Pi.m Electric, Foster City. CA
for the bi-d price of Fifty Two Thousand Sevin Hundred.EleVjn Dollar,s._
($ 52,711.00 ).
2. Tha't the City Manager of said City is hereby ~uthorized to make '
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City 'is heFeby directed to attest-his signature and affix thereto'
the corporate seal of the City.
· I hereby certify .that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a re.qular meeting held on the 27th day of June , 19 84 ,
