BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisc

'WHEREAS, pursuant 'to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 18th day of

1, That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
. bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the 'contract to the

for the bid price of
