CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING CERTAIN
SALARIES, BENEFITS AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
EMPLOYMENT FOR THE NEWLY CREATED UNCLASSIFIED FULL-
TIME POSITION OF RECREATION PROGRAM COORDINATOR
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council, by Ordinance No. 954-84 , has established the
full-time, unclassified position of Recreation Program Coordinator as a class-
ification in the City of South San Francisco Personnel System; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that for the period beginning July
1, 1984 and until further modified by said Council, the following salaries, bene-
fits and terms and conditions of employment shall be applicable to the position
of Recreation Program Coordinator (unclassified):
1. All fringe benefits to be maintained on the same terms and conditions
as provided to employees in Unit 1 as set forth in Resolution No. 6-84 adopted
January 4, 1984 and in Resolution No. 59-82 adopted June 15, 1982.
2. All individuals in the position of Recreation Program Director (unclass-
ified) shall receive the following salary:

For purposes of computation of salaries, the provisions of Subparagraphs 2(b)
through 2(d) of the Memorandum of Understanding approved by Resolution No. 59-82
relating to P.E.R.S. contributions shall apply to the position of Recreation
Program Coordinator (unclassified).
NOW, THEREFORE, it is ordered that:
The foregoing salaries, benefits and terms and conditions of employment are
hereby approved by the City Council and shall remain in full force and effect
until modified by the City Council.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 27th day of June , 1984, by the following
vote-
