BE IT RESOLVED by the City CounCil of the City of South San Francisco

WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 25th day of
June , 19 84 , for
LINDEN & MILLER.AVENUES TRAFFIC SIGNAL MODIFICATIONS - PROJECT NO. TR-83-2
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the

2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written-contract with said successful bidder and the City
