REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1993 AMENDMENT TO THE
AMENDED RESTATED OWNER PARTICIPATION AND
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH HOMART DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION AND APPROVTNG THE R~PAYM~NT AGRER~4ENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. The 1993 Amendment to the Amended Restated Owner
Participation and Development Agreement (the "1993 Amendment")
with Homart Development Corporation is hereby approved. A copy of
the 1993 Amendment is on file in the Office of the Clerk of the
Agency.
2. The Repayment Agreement is hereby approved between the
Agency and Homart Development Corporation. A copy of the
Repayment Agreement is on file in the office of the Clerk of the
..... Agency.
3. The Chairman is authorized to execute the 1993 Amendment
and the Repayment Agreement on behalf of the Agency.
4. Resolution No. 18-92 adopting the 1992 Amendment to the
Amended Restated Owner Participation and Development Agreement is
hereby repealed.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
27th day of January , 1993 by the following vote:
