A RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS,
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES,
EQUIPMENT OR SERVICES AND CALLING BIDS
FOR PHOTO COPIER MACHINE

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that-
/
WHEREAS, specifications 'providing for the purchase of supplies, equipment
and/or service~ have been submitted, which specifications are entitled-
PHOTO COPIER MACHINE
and,
WHEREAS, the City CoUncil desires to approve said specifications, authorize
the pUrchase provided for therein, and call for sealed proposals;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that-
1. The specifications hereinbefore named and identified are hereby approved,
and the purChase therein provided is hereby authorized, and said specifications are
by this reference incorporated herein as though set forth verbatim.
2. The Purchasing Officer of the City is hereby directed to publish a notice
inviting sealed proposals or bids for said purchase hereinbefore named and ident~- '
.lied and on file in the office of the Purchasing Officer'. Notice shall be published
at least bnce' .not less than five (5) days apart in the Enterprise-Journal, a news-
paper of general circulation printed and published .in the City of South San Francisco.
The first publication of the notice shall be at least ten.(lO) days before the date
of opening of the bids.
3. Bids will be received by the City of South San Francisco, California, at
the office of the Purchasing Officer of.said City, City Hall Annex, 315 Maple Avenue,
South San Francisco, California 94080.

at or before the hour of 2'00 PM °
on Monday , the 27th day of AUGUST , 19 84,
said time being not less than ten (10) days from the first publication of notice.
The bids will be publicly opened, examined and declared at said time in the Conference
Room, City Hall, 400 Gland Avenue, South San Francisco, and award will thereafter be
made by the City Council of said City to the lowest responsible bidder or bidders,
subject, however, to the right of said City to reject' any and all bids, which right
is hereby reserved.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularlY introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 25th day of July · 1984
by the following vote:
AYES- Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele 'N. Damonte, Richard A. ~Haffey,
GUs Nicolopulos; and Roberta Cirri .Teglia
