A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
TWO (2) RIDING MOWER TRACTORS

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice'
bids were publicly, opened, examined and declared on the 5th day of
June , 19 84 ' for
TWO (2) RIDING MOWER TRACTORS - BID 1603-2
NOW', THEREFORE', IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned' and hereby awards the contract to the~
lowest responsible bidder', H. V. Carter Co.' Inc., Oakland, California
for the bid price of Fifteen Thousand Three.Hundred Eighty Dollars and Twenty-
fi ve cents

2 That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City~.'
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 25th day of Jul.v , 1984 ,
