A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
CUESTA TO ARROYO SEWER CONSTRUCTION
PROJECT NO. SD-83-5
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco.
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 17thday of
July , 1984 , for
The CUESTA TO ARROYO SEWER CONSTRUCTION PROJECT .NO. SD-83-5
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS-
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder', Ranger Pipeline of Daly City, Cali'fornia
for the bid price of Seventy Three Thousand One Hundred For~ f)ollar.~
($ '/3,140.00 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City 'is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
