A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
HEATING, VENTILATION, & AIR CONDITIONING AT
VARIOUS CITY BUILDINGS (EXCLUDING CITY HALL)

that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 16th day of
JULY , 19 84 , for
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS-
1. That said Council~does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the ~ontract to the
lowest responsible bidder, South City Sheet Metal Works, Inc.,
108 South Linden Avenue, South San Francisco, CA 94080
for the bid price of Four Hundred Fifty Dollars per month.
($ 450~00/mo. )-
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 25th day of July , 198~ .... ,
