HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 121-1984RESOLUTION NO. 121-84 ,CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APROVING AMENDMENT TO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FIREFIGHTERS LOCAL 1507, AFL-CIO FOR THE PERIOD JULY 1, 1983 THROUGH JUNE 30, 1985 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding with Unit #6, South San Francisco Fire Fighters, represented by International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 1507, AFL-CIO for the period including July 1, 1983 through June 30, 1985, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference as if set forth verbatim, is hereby accepted and approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and is hereby authorized to endorse on Page I of the signature page of said Memorandum of Understanding the following: "Approved by City Council Resolution No. 121-84 adopted Auqust 8 1984" I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 8th day of Auqust , 1984, by the following vote' AYES' NOES' Councilmembers Mark N' Addiego. Effective July l, 1984, employees in the classifiCation of · Paramedic/Firefighter who are assigned to perform the Uuties of an EMT IFS Instructor shall receive five per- Cent (5%) in addit.ion to the rate for which he or she otherwise qualifie~ pursuant to the provisions of Appen- dix "A."
