IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. SD-83-6

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco

WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were.publicly opened, examined and declared on the 13thday of

YOSEMITE @ SHASTA COU. RT STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. SD-83-6
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS'

2. That the City M~nager of said City is her'eby authorized to make
and enter into.a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City 'is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the. City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
