BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
WHEREAS, pursuant 'to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 14th day of
August , 19 84 , for
1984 CATCH BASIN MODIFICATION PROJECT NO. SD-84-1
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Lowrie Paving Company~ Inc. of South San Francisco,
California
for She bid price of Forty Four. Thousand ~ight Hundrec~ Dollars
($_44,800. O0 ).
2. That the City M'anager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City 'is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular, meeting held on the 22nd day of Auqust , 19B~4___,
