A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
HICKEY BLVD. - HILTON AVENUE PEDESTRIAN
OVERCROSSING PROJECT NO. ST-84-1
that-
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South· San FranciSco
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authori'zation and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 14th day of
August , 19 84 , for
HICKEY BLVD. - HILTON AVENUE PEDESTRIAN OVERCROSSING PROJECT NO. ST-84-1
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS-
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, .W.G. Thompson, Inc. of Richmond, California
the bid price 'of Twenty Five Thousand One Hundred Eleven Dollars
- --
-($25,111.00 ).
2. That the City M~nager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
.duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
