A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACI~

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that-
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 27thday of
August , 19 84, for
ONE (1) PHOTO COPIER MACHINE
NOW, I'HEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Xerox Corporation'Santa Clara, CA
.
-for the bid pri~e .of Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred Eleven and 43/100 Dollars
($ 13,311.43 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby aUthorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
