Pursuant to our previous discussion, it is anticipated that this would result in an approximate monthly savings' of $2,600.00 (12%). As a result of this new determination, the City wishes to reinstate deleted maintenance items as follows: 1. Effective October 1, 1983 - maintenance and operation of the automatic irrigation system on all properties ($2,011.00 monthly}. 2. Effective t;ovember l, 1983 - reinstate pruning of all trees and shrubs {$593.00}. I have submitted my mon. thly calculations of the estimated ~eductions in each district. Please review to verify that these are accurate reflections of our anticipated monthly billing reductions. In addition, please submit to my office verification of your reduced personnel cost resulting from this current preVailing wage determination. Please call if you have questions regarding this matter. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, Lyle }f. rtorton Director of Parks & Recreation L~lN/wdc
