A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
THREE (3)DIESEL GMC 26,500 GVW
CAB & CHASSIS
that-
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 28th day of
August , 19 84 , for
THREE (3) DIESEL GMC 26,500 GVW CAB & CHASSIS
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, _GMC Oakland Turck Center, Oakland, CA
for the bid price of Seventy-~our lhousand Six Hundred Eighty'Three and
n~/lO0 Dollars
($ 74,683. ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intr°-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 26th day of September , 19 84 ,
