CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
- A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR FURNISHING AND INSTALLING CARPETING IN
· GRAND AVE' LIBRARY, BID #1641'
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publiCly opene~d~, examined and declared' on the 17th day of
September , 19 o, , for the furnishing and Installation of
Carpeting' in the Grand Ave. Library, 440 Grand Ave., So. San Francisco,CA
· NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS-
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Carpets International, So. San Francisco
for the bid price of sixteen thousand six hundrc, d and O0/lO0 Dollars-
'($ 16,600. ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
