A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR 'I~ESTB'~)ROUGH AND BURI BURI TENNIS
COURT RECOLORING PROJ. PR-84-2

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,.
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 25th day of
September , 19 84 , for
WESTBOROUGH AND BURI BURI TENNIS COURT RECOLORING PROJECT.PR-84-2
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, California Consulting Contractors dba Tennis
and Track Builders, U.S.A., San Jose, CA
~or the bid price of Four Thousand Ei.qht Hundred Twenty-five and Jl/iUO
($ 4R?~.31 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized'to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City..
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by. the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
