CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL AND EXECUTION OF
SUPPLEMENT NO. 8 TO LOCAL AGENCY STATE AGREEMENT
NO. 04-5177 IFEDERAL AID SAFETY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that:
1. Approval of Supplement.
Approval of Supplement No. 8 to the Local Agency State Agreement No.
04-5177 between the City of South San Francisco and the State of California
Department of Transportation entitled "Program of Local Agency Federal-Aid
Safety Improvement Projects in the City of South San Francisco" is hereby
approved, and a copy of said Supplement is attached hereto as Exhibit "1."
2. Execution of Supplement.
The Mayor is authorized to execute said Supplement No. 8 on behalf of the
City, and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a 'regular
meeting held on the loth' ' day of October · ~, 1984, by the following
