A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR PAINTING PORTION OF INTERIOR OF GRAND AVE.LIBRARY

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
WHEREAS, pursuant-to previous a~thorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 24th day of
SEPTEMBER , 19 84, for Painting Portion of Interior of Grand Ave.

Library, 440 Grand Ave.,-South San Francisco, CA.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS-
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, D & K Paintin_q Co.~Mill,brae, CA

for the 'bid ~-~']-~".of __Six Thousand Four Hundred Fifty and O0/lO0 Dollars
-($ 64-50. ).
2. That .the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and tile City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his' signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularl.y intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the lOth day of October , 19 84 ,
