HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 184-1984RESOLUTION 184-84 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION DETERMINNG SPECIAL DISTRICT AUGMENTATION FUND DISTRIBUTION, IN ACCOR- DANCE WITH SECTION 98.6(b) OF THE REVENUE AND TAXATION CODE WHEREAS, the City Clerk has received the County Auditor's Special District Augmentation Fund notice of allocation as required by Section 98.6 of the Revenue and Taxation Code; and WHEREAS, the City Council properly noticed and conducted a public hearing on October 24, 1984, to consider the sums' to be disbursed; and WHEREAS, after said hearing, the City Council approved the sums determined to be disubrsed to each special district as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVLED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the amount of funds to be disbursed to special districts shall be set forth on Exhibit "A" hereto and shall reflect totals as follows: WEST PARK WEST PARK STONEGATE ~ILLOW 1 & 2 3 RIDGE GARDENS ~58,618 - Sl ,275 I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular meeting held on the 19th day of November , 19 84 , by the following vote' AYES, COUNCILMEMBERS NOES, COUNCI LMEMBERS ABSENT, CONCILMEMBERS M, rk N.
