THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS-
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to tile

2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
