HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 205-1984RESOLUTION NO. 205-84 CITY COUNCIL~ CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO' STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION SETTING ACTUAL SALARIES FOR MEMBERS OF THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE .EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT COMPENSATION PROGRAM WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco City Council established an Executive Management Compensation Program on September 12, 1984; WHEREAS, the Executive Management Compensation Program established Grade Levels and Salary Ranges for Grade Levels for each position in the Executive Management; and WHEREAS, the Executive Management Compensation Program provides for setting the. actual Salaries of members of the Executive Management after conslderat~on of each member's qualifications, experience in the position and overall performance appraisal; and WHEREAS, the City Council, the City Manager and the appropriate immediate superiors of each member of the Executive Management have considered these factors for each member of the Executive Management; and WHEREAS, the City Manager and the City Council must approve the actual salary rate to be set for each member of the Executive Management; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco hereby sets the actual salaries for members of the Executive Management, as set forth in Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by thi? reference as if set forth verbatim' which salaries shall become effective January 1, 1985 and shall remain in effect until such time as the City Council subsequently acts to adjust such salaries. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a meeting held on the 12th day of December ~ 1984~ by the ~t~Owing vote: AYES: Councilmembers Mark N.
