SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN
THE OWNER'S CERTIFICATE OF A PARCEL MAP SUB-
DIVIDING THE LANDS OF THE OYSTER POINT MARINA
WHEREAS, in order to carry out the goals of the Oyster Point Marina Specific
Plan, it is necessary to subdivide the lands of the Oyster Point Marina so that the
parcels designated within said Specific Plan.may be leased to private users and
may otherwise contain identifiable parcels for purposes of public uses implemented
within the Specific Plan area; and
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco is the owner of portions of the real
property located within the Oyster Point Marina Specific Plan area; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco is the governing
board of the South San Francisco Recreation and Park District, which district owns
those portions of the Oyster Point Marina Specific Plan area not owned by the
City of South San Francisco; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco has the sole
authority to sign parcel maps subdividing lands of the Oyster Point Marina
pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act (Government Code Section 66410 et seq.);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:

1. The Parcel Map attached hereto as Exhibit "A" subdividing the lands of
the Oyster Point Marina is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized
to sign the Owner's Certificte of said map on behalf of the City of South San
Francisco, a municipal corporation, and to sign said Owner's Certificate on
behalf of the South San Francisco Recreation and Park District.
2. The City Council consents on behalf of the City of South San Francisco
and the South San Francisco Recreation and Park District that said map
may be recorded as a resubdivision of the lands shown on that record of survey
filed in Book 8 at Page 22 and also in the deed described in Book 1462 O.R.2
as filed in the Recorder's Office of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the South San Francisco Recreation and Park District of the City of
South San Francisco at'a special meeting held on the 7th day of
January , 1985, by the following vote:
