A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
.. FOR THE FURNISHING & INSTALLING
THREE-(3) DUMP BODIES.
BID NO. 1603-3
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 28thday of
Auqust , 1984 , for furnishing and installing three (3}
Dump Bodies, Bid No. 1603-3
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1L That said Council does hereby.reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Cooks Truck Body Mfg. Inc., Santa Clara, Ca.
for the bid price of Twenty Thousand Four Hundred Forty Nine Dollars and
Sixt~-four cents.
($ 20,449.64 ).
2,. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said .City'is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularl~ intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a reoular meeting held on the 9th day of January , 1985 ,
