A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR ONE (1) ASPHALT PATCH DUMP
BODY AND.EQUIPMENT
BID #1603-5
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization ~nd published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 20th day of
December , 19 84 , for One Asphalt Patch Dump Body and
Equipment, Bid No. 1603-5.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Nixon-Egli Equipment Co., of Hayward, CA
¥or the bid price .of ~wenty-Four Ihousand Four Hundred ~wenty Dollars and
Forty-Five Cents
($ 24,420.45 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a reqular meeting held on the 9th day of January , 1985~
by the following vote:
