Whereas A. ~cSweeney, as owner, ha~s laid out into lots a tract or subdivisi, on of
land lying within the City of South San Francisco and has caused an accufate map to
be ~r, ade of said tract or subdivision for the purpose of selling lots by reference to
said map, which said map has been designated as HEGLI TP. ACT,SOUTH SAI~ F:~AL~CISC0,
CALIFORNIA; and
Whereas said A. McSweeney, the owner of s~'id tract, proposes to file said map in
the office of the County Recorder of the County of San ~,,!ateo; and
Whereas there is no City Planning Corn~niseion in said City of South San Francisco;
Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City ~f South San Francisco that said
map be, and the san~e hereby is referred to the City Engineer of said City of South San
Francisco for his examination, consideration and report thereon to this Board of Trustees.
