Whereas A. McSweeney, as owner, has laid out into lots a tract or subdivision of land
lying within the City of South San Francisco and has caused an accurate map to be made of
said tract or subdivision for the purpose of selling lots by reference to said map, which
said map has been designated as i~EGL~ T3~ACT SO~TH ~Ai{ F?~i{CiSC0, CALIFORI~iA: and
Whereas said A. }~1cSweoney, the owner of said tract, proposes to file said map in the
office of the County Recorder of the Country of San Mateo; and
Whereas there is no City Pla~aning Commission in said City of South San Francisco and
said map has been heretofore referred to the City Engineer of said City of South San Francisco
for his consideration; and
Whereas said City Engineer has made his report in writing to said Board of Trustees,
as required by law, in which report said map is approved, which report is now on file in
the office of the City Clerk of said City; and
Whereas said Board of Trustees has fully considered the report of said City Engineer
and said map;
Resolved by the Bm. rd of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco that said map be,
and the same hereby is approved.
The City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to endorse upon sai~ map a statement
that .~d ~map has been approved by said Board of Trustees.
