$58,000.00 of ~[unicipal Improvement Bonds authorized at a special election held in the
City of South San Francisco on the 3rd. day of December, 1924, were awarded on the 7th
day of A~:ri], 1924, has refused to purchase said bonds from said City, for the reason
that the date of the earliest mat~rity of said bonds has been fib:ed at a date more than
one year after the date which said bonds are to bear;
Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Oity of South San Francisco that the award
of said bonds made by said Board of Trustees to ~he Citizens National Bank of South San
Francisco by resolution adopted on the ?th day of April, 1924, be, and the same hereby
is vacated and set aside.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco this 19th day of May, 19~4,
