Whereas the Board of Trustees of th~': City of South San Francisco did on the 28th day
of April, 1924, pass its resolution of intention to abate the nuisance caused by weeds
growing upon the streets in said resolution of intention described; and
Whereas notices headed "Notices to Destroy Weeds,", have been'conspiciously posted
in front of all the property in front of which weeds are growing, in the manner and form
required by law; and more than ten days have elapsed since the completion of the posting
of said notices; and
Whereas no person has objected or protested against the proposed removal of said weeds;
Resolved by the Board el' Trustees of tt~ City of South San Francisco that the Street
Superintendent of said City be and he is hereby ordered to abate said nuisance by having
the weeds referred to in said resolution of intention removed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introd~eed and
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco, this 19th day Of
1924, by the following vote:
