Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco are heartily
in accord with the construction of the East Side Highway as proposed under state
supervision, and whereas, we believe that this highway should be laid out particularly
in our locality in a way that would serve the public in a most adequate and beneficial
Now be it resolved that the city go on record as favoring a road connecting the
State Highway from Daly City with the New Bayshore Highway at Sout~ San ~rancisco
using the old auto boulevard for a portion of the distance
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be furnished to the Governors
Committee of Nine on the Construction of Future State Highway Needs.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly passed the
second day of June, Ninteen Hundred Twenty four, by the following vote:
