Whereas the B~rd of Trustees of the C~ty of South San Frc~ncisco did, in open session
on the 16th day of June, 192~, publicly open and examine all bids or proposals submitted for
the purchase of the $58,000.00 municipal bonds authorized at the special election held on
the Zrd day of Decer~b~r, 19SZ, which bonds are full~ described in Ordinance No. l~ of said
City of South San Francisco, pa~sed and adopted on the ~nd day of June, 192~
Resolved by the Bo~rd of Trustees of said City of South San Francisco that said board
hereby rejects all said bids or propos~ls e~cept that ne~t hereinafter ~entioned, and hereby
accepts the pro~osa~s of The Citizen~ National Bank of South S~n Francisco to purchase said
bonds. The City Treasurer is hereby directed to deliver s~id bonds to said ~The Citizens
N~tional Bank of South San Francisco upon the pay~.:ent of the su~ of Fifty-eight Thousand
and Fifty Dollars ($58,050.00) and interest accrued to the date of delivery.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and sdopted
by the Bo~rd of Trustees of the City of South S~n Francisco this 16th day of June, 19~,
