Whereas, sealed proposals have been invited i'or the construction o£ a sewer system
in San Bruno Road, Butler i{oad and the Northern por'tion si' the City of South San Francisco
in the City si' South San Francisco by the installation o£ a sewer system as per plans and
specifications filed July 21st., 1924, and whereas said bids have been opened in the due
course of business and it has been found that Eaton and Smith are the lowest responsible
bidders.
Now be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco, thst
the contract for the doing o£ the aforesaid work be and the same is hereby awarded to
Eaton and Smith at the prices specified in their proposal on file, selecting the vitrified
pipe in the alternate, and that all other bids be rejected and all certified checks a;.d bonds
returned to the respective bidders.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly pa~sed this 4th day
of August, 1~2~, by the following vote:
