EATON AND SMITH FOR SEWER
IMPROVEMENT.
Whereas, sealed proposals have been invited for the construction of a sewer system in
San Bruno Road, Butler Road and the Northern portion of the City of South San Francisco in the
City of South San Francisco by the installation of a sewer system as per plans and specifications
filed July 21st., 1924, and whereas said bids have been opened in the due course of business
and it has been found that Eaton and Smith are the lowest responsible bidder;
Now be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City-of South San Francisco that the
contract for the doing of the aforesaid work be and the same is hereby awarded to Eaton and
Smith at the orices soecified in their proposal on filel'selecting the vitrified pipe in the
alternate, and that all other bids:be rejected and all certified checks and bonds returned to th~
