Resolved by the Board of [rustees of tile CSty of South San Francisco that the contract
for L,,~e sweeping o±' streets oi the City oi' South San Francisco as per plans and specifications b
and the same is awarded to Manuel H. Borba at the ]~rice of $299.00 per month.
Be it further resolved tha~t bond in these sum of $.500.00 be executed and delivered to th
City of South San Francisco as a security for the faithful performance of the Contract which the
?resident of the Board of Trustees of said City of ~ou~.n San Francisco _~s directed to approve
when entering into the contract on behalf o±' said City.
I hereby certify %hat the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly pas[ed this 19th
